Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases, including car accidents, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, and wrongful death.
- Conduct thorough case assessments to identify potential legal issues and develop effective litigation strategies.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with legal staff to collect, analyze, and present evidence in support of clients’ claims.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
- Stay informed about current legislation, court decisions, and industry trends that may affect clients’ cases.
- Provide exceptional client service, including prompt communication and empathetic counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing..
- Proven skills in legal writing, negotiation, legal advice, legal discovery, legal compliance, and legal assistance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and software.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced legal environment.
