About the Role

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from intake through resolution. You will work closely with a full support team and play a key role in securing favorable outcomes for clients.



Key Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury matters
Evaluate liability, damages, and medical treatment to build strong cases
Draft and review persuasive demand packages
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
Maintain frequent and transparent communication with clients regarding case status
Collaborate with internal support staff including case managers, demand writers, and lien negotiators
Document case progress and maintain organized notes using the firm’s legal CRM (Litify)



Qualifications

Active California Bar License in good standing
4+ years of personal injury experience, primarily focused on pre-litigation
Proven ability to independently handle a full caseload from start to finish
Strong knowledge of California personal injury law and claims processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Familiarity with legal CRM systems (Litify preferred)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
