Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload involving personal injury matters, from intake through resolution.
  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery, and other litigation materials.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases, including communicating with claim representatives and opposing counsel.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to prepare for case presentation.
  • Counsel clients on their legal rights, discussing case strategies and potential outcomes.
  • Develop relationships with clients, maintaining regular contact to update them on case progress.
  • Collaborate with legal staff and senior attorneys to develop legal strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
