We are currently seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and driven Permanent Associate Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our esteemed legal firm. This role is perfect for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients who have been victims of personal injury, auto accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, construction incidents, and workers' compensation cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload from beginning to end, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a diverse portfolio of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, construction incidents, and workers' compensation.
2. Conduct thorough case investigations to determine the validity of a client's case.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
5. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments to achieve favorable verdicts.
6. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics.
7. Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law.
8. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to strategize and work on cases.
9. Provide expert legal advice to clients, explaining complex legal matters in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active member of the State Bar in good standing.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, specifically in the field of personal injury law.
4. Proven track record in handling personal injury cases, including auto accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, construction incidents, and workers' compensation.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve cases favorably.
6. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
8. High level of professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.
9. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
