Qualifications:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including discovery, negotiations, litigation, and trial.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide legal advice to clients.
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judicial officers, and team members.
- Work closely with support staff to maintain case organization and ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop case strategies and make recommendations to clients.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in IL
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and litigating personal injury cases.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
