We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 3–7 years of experience in personal injury defense litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage cases from inception through resolution. This role provides an opportunity to work on a variety of personal injury defense matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of personal injury defense matters, including discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Participate in strategy meetings, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and ethical standards.
Mentor and collaborate with junior staff as needed.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
3–7 years of experience in personal injury defense litigation.
Strong litigation, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
High degree of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client service.
