Our reputable law firm is actively seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Plaintiff's side First Party Property claims. This role is a unique opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to contribute to our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our organization, working on high-stakes cases and dealing directly with clients in a fast-paced, exciting environment. The Permanent Associate Attorney will primarily focus on homeowners claims and first party property cases.

Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. Representing homeowners and businesses in property damage claims against insurance companies.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of legal documents related to property law, including pleadings, motions, and discovery.
3. Conducting thorough and detailed case evaluations to determine the merit of claims.
4. Developing and implementing case strategies while managing a full caseload.
5. Preparing for and attending court appearances, mediations, and trials.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
7. Keeping abreast of developments in property law and insurance regulations to provide accurate advice and proactive solutions.
8. Collaborating with other attorneys and paralegals in the firm to ensure a seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Florida state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on litigation and/or homeowners claims and first party property law.
4. Proven track record of representing clients in property claims against insurance companies.
5. Excellent negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
6. The ability to manage a large caseload and work within strict deadlines.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.
8. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in an understandable manner.
9. A commitment to ethical practice and professional development.
