Get ready to embark on a thrilling journey of legal challenges and victories as a Associate Attorney in our esteemed law firm. We specialize in Personal Injury Defense, Product Liability, and Transportation. This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned attorney to utilize their expertise in Litigation, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Defense, Product Liability, Transportation, Personal Injury, and Commercial law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in these areas and will be ready to dive into a fast-paced, dynamic environment that values teamwork, strategic thinking, and excellence in client service.

Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, you will be entrusted with a multitude of responsibilities that will challenge your skills and knowledge. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Representing clients in court and defend clients.
Selecting jurors, arguing motions, meeting with judges, and questioning witnesses during the course of a trial.
Studying and interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Presenting and summarizing cases to judges and juries.
Preparing legal briefs and opinions, and filing appeals in state and federal courts of appeal.
Analyzing the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
Evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
Advising clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations.
Gathering evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in the state and in good standing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Litigation, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Defense, Product Liability, Transportation, Personal Injury, and Commercial law.
Proven background in the successful handling of substantive legal matters such as hearings, trials, deposition, mediations, and arbitration.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
Ability to handle a large caseload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
