Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in complex commercial real estate financing and investment matters.
Handle mortgage loan origination and other types of structured debt transactions.
Manage workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans.
Advise clients on various real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of commercial property.
Ideal Candidate:
3-5 years of real estate finance experience.
Strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and analysis.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
Experience in a large regional, national, or international law firm is preferred.
