Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Transaction Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral attorney to step into a busy practice and work on sophisticated real estate matters alongside a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
* Represent clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing, and development of commercial and multifamily real estate assets
* Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements
* Conduct title and survey review, due diligence, and closings
* Coordinate with lenders, developers, investors, and other stakeholders on complex transactions
* Manage multiple active matters and work closely with partners and senior counsel
Qualifications:
* 3–8 years of experience in real estate transactional work, preferably at a mid-size or large law firm
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of real estate finance and development
* Proven ability to manage complex transactions and work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Licensed and in good standing with a state bar, with preference for local bar admission
* Demonstrated commitment to client service and high-level professional communication skills
