Our top-ranked law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Real Estate Transactions. This role is designed for an ambitious professional who is passionate about the legal industry and has a strong background in real estate law. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of real estate transactions, including leasing, zoning, and acquisitions. Responsibilities:

1. Handle a broad range of real estate transactions including leasing, zoning, acquisitions, and dispositions.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate documents such as purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, easements, and deeds.
3. Provide legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time.
6. Represent the firm and clients in court proceedings, real estate closings, and negotiations.
7. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to real estate transactions.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and legal counsel.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Licensed to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law with a focus on transactions such as leasing, zoning, and acquisitions.
4. Proven track record of handling complex real estate transactions.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to represent clients' best interests effectively.
6. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
8. High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
