We are seeking an Associate Attorney with real estate experience to join our Alpharetta office.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Georgia state bar.
- 1+ years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Real estate and title experience is highly preferred. .
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research and ability to interpret laws, regulations, and court decisions.
- High ethical standards and professionalism.
