Job Details

Our Corporate team is growing and if you are a healthcare attorney experienced in Medicare, Medicaid, 340B and/or other reimbursement work, we should talk! We are seeking a full-time or part-time Associate with 3+ years’ experience. The Associate may work in our Richmond office or remotely from any location. The firm is is a mid-sized firm with a national reputation as a leader in health law. Our congenial, team-oriented approach to practicing law offers a supportive and respectful working environment that fosters professional and personal growth. Healthcare experience, specifically reimbursement experience, is required.

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience representing healthcare providers on reimbursement matters
  • Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor
  • Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills”
