Job Details

We are looking for an SSD Hearing Attorny - Remote

  • Conduct hearings and draft legal briefs in preparation for hearings.
  • Manage and oversee case load, including providing direction and guidance to case managers.
  • Leverage our Litify software to effectively manage cases and clients.
  • Work with our team to ensure client satisfaction and successful case outcomes.
  • Continuously develop skills and knowledge to provide the best possible representation for our clients.

**Qualifications:**
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an attorney.
  • Previous experience in litigation, SSDI law is strongly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Must be tech-savvy and have the ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms, including Salesforce and Litify.
  • Strong work ethic, diligence, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  • Demonstrated persistence in overcoming obstacles and achieving goals.
  • Commitment to integrity, honesty, and upholding strong moral principles.
  • Proven innovative thinking and the ability to introduce new ideas.
