Job Details
We are looking for an SSD Hearing Attorny - Remote
**Qualifications:**
- Conduct hearings and draft legal briefs in preparation for hearings.
- Manage and oversee case load, including providing direction and guidance to case managers.
- Leverage our Litify software to effectively manage cases and clients.
- Work with our team to ensure client satisfaction and successful case outcomes.
- Continuously develop skills and knowledge to provide the best possible representation for our clients.
**Qualifications:**
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- 1-3 years of experience as an attorney.
- Previous experience in litigation, SSDI law is strongly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Must be tech-savvy and have the ability to quickly adapt to new software platforms, including Salesforce and Litify.
- Strong work ethic, diligence, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team setting, providing guidance and support to other team members.
- Demonstrated persistence in overcoming obstacles and achieving goals.
- Commitment to integrity, honesty, and upholding strong moral principles.
- Proven innovative thinking and the ability to introduce new ideas.
