- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines.

- Provide clear and concise legal advice on trust and estate matters.
- Prepare and review legal documents related to trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all legal documents.
- Represent clients in probate court proceedings.
- Handle contested matters related to trusts and estates.
- Stay in the know of changes in trust and estate laws and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal principles.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey
- 3 years of experience in Trust and Estate law.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with trust and estate planning software/tools.
- Prior experience in a law firm specializing in Trust and Estate law.
