Job Details

1. Represent clients in all stages of litigation, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
2. Handle a diverse caseload involving insurance defense, property owners' legal issues, real estate transactions, and business disputes.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
5. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve complex legal issues.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends that may affect clients.
7. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and ensuring their legal needs are met.
8. Collaborate with other members of the legal team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client representation.
9. Participate in business development activities, including networking events and client meetings, to build and strengthen client relationships.
