Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of matters, including probate, trust administration, decedent estates, and guardianship.
2. Draft, revise, and finalize various legal documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and provide informed legal counsel.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, demonstrating strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
5. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and case law that could impact our clients.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their legal needs are met.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
3. Minimum of 1+ years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on probate, trust administration, decedent estates, and guardianship.
4. Proficient in family law and experience in dealing with complex legal issues.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.
6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide practical and strategic legal advice.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
9. Strong professional ethics and a commitment to confidentiality.
