We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to engage in a broad range of legal matters, including estate planning, trust administration, special need planning, probate, and wealth counsel. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong work ethic, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

As an Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients on a variety of matters including estate planning, trust administration, special need planning, and probate.
2. Prepare, review, and revise legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
4. Collaborate with our team of attorneys on wealth counsel matters, helping clients to manage and protect their wealth effectively.
5. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide the most accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.
6. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, adhering to the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
7. Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact our clients and their legal needs.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Active membership in the California State Bar.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on estate planning, trust administration, special need planning, probate, and wealth counsel.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding work environment.
7. High level of professionalism and ethical standards, with a commitment to client confidentiality and discretion.
8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
