Job Details
What You’ll Do
Represent clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations, and court proceedings
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare case strategies
Collaborate with attorneys, labor reps, and investigators on complex matters
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel with professionalism and clarity
Travel as needed for hearings, depositions, and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
Strong legal research and writing skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in legal drafting and administrative tasks
Familiarity with LexisNexis or similar legal research tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
