Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and support on a wide array of employment-related issues including, but not limited to, hiring practices, terminations, employee discipline, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, and wage and hour compliance.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements.
3. Represent the firm in legal proceedings such as trials and hearings.
4. Conduct thorough research and analysis of legal problems.
5. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.

Job Details

qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Employment Law and Collective Bargaining Agreements.
3. Must be a member in good standing with the state bar.
4. Proven track record of successfully advising on and negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements.
5. Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, analyze legal advice, and apply legal principles and precedents.
