Job Details
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Experience: Less than five years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with a background in electrical engineering. Real experience in litigation is essential.
- Skills: Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to take direct responsibility for matters, take depositions, and argue motions.
- Licensure: Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Desire to work in a firm that offers opportunities for hands-on experience and professional growth.
