Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Manage probate cases, represent clients in court, and prepare filings
Draft wills, trusts, POAs, and other estate planning documents
Advise on business formation, succession, and draft related legal instruments
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
Collaborate with senior attorneys on estate, trust, and business matters
Maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple cases concurrently

Qualifications – Needed:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in Texas
Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business law
Experience drafting wills, trusts, POAs, and advising clients on succession planning
Proven ability to manage probate cases independently
Strong legal writing and communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and professional with client-first mindset
