Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide legal counsel to special district clients on a wide range of matters
  • Draft and review contracts, resolutions, policies, and other governance documents
  • Attend public meetings, hearings, and client board meetings
  • Perform legal research and advise on regulatory, statutory, and administrative law issues
  • Coordinate with team members across offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely and proactive communication
  • Contribute to firm growth through internal collaboration and strategic insight

You should have most of the following:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Member of the Florida Bar (Required); Georgia Bar admission or eligibility for reciprocity (Preferred)
  • 0–4 years of legal practice experience
  • Background or strong interest in public law, administrative law, or local government law
  • Demonstrated academic excellence and analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Collaborative mindset and desire to grow within a boutique practice setting
