Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on veterans' issues and disability law.
  • Proven experience with VA disability cases.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with an ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Deep commitment to serving veterans and advocating for their rights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
