- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on veterans' issues and disability law.
- Proven experience with VA disability cases.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with an ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and accessible manner.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Deep commitment to serving veterans and advocating for their rights.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
