Job Details
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of civil litigation experience
- Experience with personal injury or wrongful death cases
- Preferred experience working on asbestos or mesothelioma but not necessary
- Experience taking depositions and research on defendants
- Trail experience is a huge bonus
- CA Bar license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
