Job Details
We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 4+ years of experience to join our Texas practice. This attorney will manage an active caseload and handle matters throughout all phases of litigation, working closely with clients, insureds, experts, and firm leadership.
Responsibilities will include drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, preparing and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings and mediations, coordinating with experts, and assisting with trial preparation and trial.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Texas state and federal courts, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage files in a fast-paced environment. Experience in insurance defense, commercial litigation, transportation, construction, products liability, professional liability, or other complex civil litigation matters is highly desirable.
