Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various aspects of law, with a particular emphasis on matrimonial law, custody issues, settlement, mediations, and negotiations. This role requires a dynamic professional who can efficiently handle pleadings, provide insightful legal advice, and represent our clients effectively in court. With a minimum of 5 years of experience, the successful candidate will be adept at dealing with complex legal matters and have a passion for delivering superior service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Handling all aspects of matrimonial law, including divorce, custody disputes, and property settlements.
  • Advising clients on their legal rights, obligations, and potential risks.
  • Collaborating with our legal team to develop effective strategies for each case.
  • Maintaining a high level of professional conduct and adhering to strict confidentiality principles.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in the law and informing clients of any potential impact on their case.

Qualifications:
  • J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a strong focus on matrimonial law, custody, settlement, mediations, and negotiations.
  • Active membership in the state bar.
  • Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents and pleadings.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, understandable language.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
