Job Details:
We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases and transactions in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex legal matters, including IPOs, high-yield and convertible offerings, green finance, acquisitions, divestitures, complex liability transactions, and more. The successful candidate will be able to work with a diverse range of clients, from emerging companies to established public corporations, across various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and banking.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal counsel on IPOs, high-yield and convertible offerings, green finance, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex liability transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
• Provide legal advice on various corporate, securities, and transactional matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations, litigation, and regulatory proceedings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client cases and transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact clients.

Qualifications:

• JD or equivalent Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on corporate law, securities, and transactional matters.
• Proven experience with IPOs, high-yield and convertible offerings, green finance, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex liability transactions.
• Experience representing clients in the energy, infrastructure, and banking sectors is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations for public and emerging companies.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and transactions simultaneously.
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
