We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile cases and transactions in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex legal matters, including IPOs, high-yield and convertible offerings, green finance, acquisitions, divestitures, complex liability transactions, and more. The successful candidate will be able to work with a diverse range of clients, from emerging companies to established public corporations, across various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and banking.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex legal matters, including IPOs, high-yield and convertible offerings, green finance, acquisitions, divestitures, complex liability transactions, and more. The successful candidate will be able to work with a diverse range of clients, from emerging companies to established public corporations, across various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and banking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on IPOs, high-yield and convertible offerings, green finance, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex liability transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and contracts.
- Provide legal advice on various corporate, securities, and transactional matters.
- Represent clients in negotiations, litigation, and regulatory proceedings.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client cases and transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact clients.
Qualifications:
- JD or equivalent Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, focusing on corporate law, securities, and transactional matters.
- Proven experience with IPOs, high-yield and convertible offerings, green finance, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex liability transactions.
- Experience representing clients in the energy, infrastructure, and banking sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations for public and emerging companies.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and transactions simultaneously.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
