Job Details
We’re looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney (5+ years of experience) with a strong background in trucking and premises liability. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be licensed in Texas and be able to handle a caseload independently. The ideal candidate will be comfortable billing a minimum of 160 hours per month and managing cases from inception through resolution.

- 5+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong background in trucking and premises liability preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and bill efficiently
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
