Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload spanning criminal, probate, and family law matters, from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and provide analysis of statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to assigned cases.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and negotiations
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and other case-related materials.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather information, and address inquiries or concerns.
• Work closely with partners, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless coordination and efficient case progression.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective legal strategies tailored to each case.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in the State of Oklahoma.
• Specialization or strong interest in criminal, probate, and family law.
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
