We have offices in Walnut Creek, Sacramento, LA and OC. We specialize in Lemon Law ! We are looking to bring on attorneys who have industry experiance or interested in working in Lemon Law. 1 year to 10 years of experiance is accepted as we are hiring at all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Member in good standing of the California Bar
At least three (3) years of litigation experience as a California licensed attorney
Genuine interest in consumer protection and representation
Hunger for professional growth, with a “no job is too big or too small” mentality
Collaborative and willing to operate in a team-oriented environment
Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required
Proficient in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
Skilled and decisive problem-solver with the ability to unravel complex issues
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to track and comply with deadlines in a busy and fast-paced environment
Willing to learn and apply technology solutions and work in a paperless environment
Willing to travel within California as needed for court appearances, vehicle inspections, and depositions
Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
