Associate Attorney – Litigation Track - Onsite in Century City

What You’ll Do
Draft and respond to written discovery; review document productions and participate in e-discovery.
Prepare and argue motions related to discovery disputes, pleadings, and case management.
Attend and defend depositions of consumer clients.
Participate in oral arguments across California courtrooms.
For standout performers: opportunities to assist with dispositive motions, high-stakes depositions, and trial prep.
What You’ll Need
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Active California Bar license in good standing
1+ years litigation
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable in a paperless environment
Spanish bilingual preferred, but not required
Proficiency in MS Office, Westlaw, and Outlook
Willingness to travel within California for court appearances, depositions, and inspections
Ability to lift/move up to 20 lbs (reasonable accommodations available)
