Job Details
Your Role:
What We’re Looking For:
- Draft and prepare complex pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
- Develop and implement defense strategies for a wide range of civil litigation cases.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic insights.
- Manage cases from inception through trial, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to deliver exceptional legal services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association.
- At least 2 years of experience in civil litigation or insurance defense.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with deposition and motion practice preferred.
