Job Details
Manage and oversee all aspects of high-net-worth estate planning, administration, and probate, including estates ranging from $12M to $40M.
Provide strategic legal counsel on trust and estate matters, including tax preparation and complex wealth management strategies.
Handle real estate litigation cases, including disputes and reorganizations involving multiple real estate entities.
Represent clients in court proceedings, including delivering closing arguments and managing litigation strategies.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as wills, trusts, and real estate contracts.
