1. Provide expert legal support and advice to clients in the areas of Estate Planning and Business Succession Planning.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents related to estate planning and business succession, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and business agreements.
3. Represent clients before legal bodies, offering clear and persuasive arguments.
4. Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases and stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering excellent customer service and ensuring their legal needs are met and exceeded.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing attorney, specifically in the areas of Estate Planning and Business Succession Planning.
3. Active membership with the Georgia State Bar.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, display critical thinking skills, and make sound legal decisions.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
