We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting and high-profile cases, and play a pivotal role in shaping our firm's legal strategies. Our firm specializes in a diverse range of legal areas, including civil litigation, insurance defense, premise liability, and product liability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in these areas, with a proven track record of successfully handling depositions and managing complex cases.

Responsibilities:

As an Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:

1. Handle a wide range of civil litigation cases, including insurance defense, premise liability, and product liability.
2. Conduct thorough and meticulous research to provide legal advice and strategy.
3. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts.
4. Represent our clients in court, present evidence, and argue cases effectively.
5. Conduct depositions, interrogations, and discovery requests.
6. Collaborate with our team of attorneys to develop effective defense strategies and negotiate settlements.
7. Keep abreast of legal developments and changes in law to ensure our practice remains compliant and up-to-date.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining regular communication with clients, explaining legal proceedings clearly, and ensuring their needs are met.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on civil litigation, insurance defense, premise liability, and/or product liability.
4. Proven experience in conducting depositions and managing complex cases.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to negotiate and persuade.
7. A high degree of professional ethics, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality.
8. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
