Our client is a rapidly growing civil litigation firm seeking a litigation associate attorney with 5-10 years experience to join the firm's expanding practice. With over a century of collective experience in civil litigation, our team is accomplished and experienced, while maintaining a laid-back, balanced, and mentorship-focused culture.
The ideal candidate will manage a robust caseload and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients. The candidate will gain more hands-on litigation experience in both state and federal court, and support the firms varied litigation practice, including its general and professional liability defense practice. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in learning and mentorship, but also has the experience necessary to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:
- Draft motions and regularly attend court hearings, depositions, and meetings.
- Conduct legal research, handle discovery, and analyze medical records.
- Maintain client relationships and provide status reports
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited school
- Admitted to practice in California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong legal knowledge
- Civil Defense litigation experience preferred
