Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a caseload of complex general litigation, personal injury, and healthcare cases from inception to conclusion.
2. Providing expert legal counsel to clients and ensuring their rights are protected.
3. Conducting thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
4. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
5. Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
6. Collaborating with partners, senior attorneys, and support staff to ensure effective case management.
7. Staying updated with current laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in general litigation, personal injury, and healthcare law.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing and resolving complex cases.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
10. Admitted to both the NJ and PA bar association.
