We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Associate Attorney to join our established legal team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of litigation matters, estate planning, and other legal issues. 1. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation matters.
2. Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, wills, trusts, and estate plans.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on their legal rights, obligations, and risks.
4. Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.
5. Provide legal guidance to clients on estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and managing probate processes.
6. Maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer service, including regular updates on case progress and timely responses to client inquiries.
7. Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex cases and legal projects.
8. Comply with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining the ethical standards of the legal profession.

Job Details
1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation and estate planning.
4. Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in a variety of legal situations.
6. Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Ability to handle stressful situations and remain focused under pressure.
9. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
10. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
11. Proven track record of managing client relationships effectively, with a strong focus on customer service.
