Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Proven experience in various legal fields, including corporate law, commercial transactions, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
