Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Assist in court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
Maintain client relationships and provide legal counsel under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of legal processes.
Participate in firm meetings and contribute to the development of case strategies.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania (additional state admissions are a plus).
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
