We are working with a well-respected, successful law firm in Philadelphia that specializes in a wide variety of civil litigation! They are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with insurance coverage & bad faith experience to join the team.
Location: Philadelphia (hybrid remote/office schedule)
Billable hour requirement: 1980/year
Salary Range: negotiable based on experience + bonuses!

Job Details
We are seeking an Attorney for our Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith team!
- Must have at least 5+ years of significant experience in handling Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist or First Party Property matters.
- Experience must include drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participation in arbitrations/trials.
- JD from an accredited Law School
- Admitted to practice in PA, Admission to the NJ bar a plus
- Experience with drafting coverage opinions involving first party breach of contract and/or third party liability claims and related bad faith issues
