Job Details

Position: General Liability & Insurance Defense Attorney

Experience Level: Open to various experience levels

Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of general liability and insurance defense matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct depositions and attend court hearings
Communicate directly with clients and insurance carriers
Develop case strategy from inception through resolution or trial

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable handling litigation matters with increasing autonomy.
