Established in 1990, they advise both private and public entities in how to navigate legal landscapes and their ability to do business in the construction industry.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience working on construction, employment or real estate law
• Experience developing agreements, negotiation contracts and settling claims
• Experience in arbitration and/or trials
• CA Bar license
