Job Details
We are seeking a 1-3 year Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing litigation team in Sherman Oaks.
The ideal candidate will have personal injury or civil litigation experience and be comfortable managing cases through discovery, settlement negotiations, motion practice, and trial preparation.
This is an in office position.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Communicate directly with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and medical providers
- Handle written discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and mediation
- Develop case strategy and evaluate liability, damages, and coverage issues
- Prepare matters for trial and support trial proceedings as needed
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent case updates
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on active litigation matters
Qualifications:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Personal injury, insurance bad faith, or civil litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Strong client communication and case management abilities
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing an active caseload
- Trial preparation experience is a plus
