Your Role:
  • Represent clients in insurance liability cases, managing a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision.
  • Conduct legal research to build strong case strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear guidance and updates.
  • Navigate cases through the litigation process in compliance with court and client-mandated deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 2 to 5 years of litigation experience.
  • Active license to practice law in New Jersey.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal case management software.
