We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal matters, with a primary focus on defense and Civil Litigation. This role requires a deep understanding of legal principles, excellent research skills, and a high level of commitment to deliver outstanding legal services. Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to clients in defense and Civil Litigation cases.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with legal staff to develop effective case strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal news, and trends in the legal industry.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Develop relationships with clients to foster long-term engagement.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on defense and Civil Litigation.
• Must be in good standing with the state bar.
• Proven experience in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research and analysis.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex legal issues.
