Our firm is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal industry, particularly in the area of Insurance Coverage Litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex insurance coverage and defense matters from start to finish. Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert legal support and advice to clients on complex insurance coverage matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to insurance coverage.
  • Represent clients in all stages of insurance coverage litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, trial, and post-trial proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support client cases and stay updated on recent developments in insurance law.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to develop strategies for insurance coverage litigation.
  • Assist in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Attend court proceedings as required and argue cases before a judge.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is mandatory.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
