Associate Attorney

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive due diligence for private equity transactions, including review of corporate documents, contracts, and other legal materials.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of private equity matters, including fund formation, investments, exits, and regulatory compliance.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including fund agreements, investment agreements, and transaction documents.
4. Work closely with the investment team to identify and mitigate legal risks associated with private equity transactions.
5. Develop and implement legal strategies and policies to support the company's business objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required.
2. Must have a minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on private equity due diligence.
3. Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
4. Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to private equity is essential.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills are required.
