Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and strategies to the business teams on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to corporate law, intellectual property, employment law, and compliance issues.

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, prepare legal pleadings, draft and negotiate settlements.
  • Research and anticipate unique legal issues that could impact the company.
  • Develop company policy and position on legal issues.

Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active Pennsylvania Bar Admission.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Proven background in corporate governance, contract law, and general corporate law.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal issues and solutions effectively to all levels of the organization.
