We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Attorney with a focus on Economic Development and Public Infrastructure to join our prestigious legal team. This role requires excellent communication skills and a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic legal advice and support to clients on matters related to public infrastructure, economic development, and public finance.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to economic development and public infrastructure projects.
3. Represent clients in negotiations, meetings, and public hearings.
4. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client needs and business objectives.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies to facilitate economic development and public infrastructure initiatives.
6. Provide clear, concise, and comprehensive legal advice to clients, ensuring they understand the potential risks and benefits associated with various business decisions.
7. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to meeting client needs.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to their success and satisfaction.
9. Participate in public speaking engagements, sharing insights and expertise on legal issues related to economic development and public infrastructure.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of three years of experience as an attorney
4. Demonstrated experience in client relations and public speaking.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable manner.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
7. Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative legal strategies to support client objectives.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
