Location: Richmond, VA & Vienna, VA (openings at both office locations)
Base Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Job Details
The Associate will be representing Plaintiff's in the District and Circuit Court and work directly with the head of litigation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have litigation experience in personal injury (workers compensation is a plus)
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced with the plaintiff side and familiar with the rules and processes of the jurisdictions the firm covers.
- Must be proficient with handling a high volumes of cases
- Must be an active member and in good standing with the Virginia bar.
- Experience with trials preferred.
- Spanish a plus but not required
